what we offer

talent management

We act as professional agents for media personalities – representing, promoting and defending their interests

We aspire to the highest professional standards in media. Training and mentorship, especially for the young, are key to achieving this goal. As a way of giving back to society we have established Comms-Club. This is a network of communication clubs in Kenyan schools for students who have an interest in or who show a flair for any aspect of communication – media, advertising, marketing, PR etc. We help the clubs to share material, organise competitions and events, learn the skills of the trade and meet communication specialists for career talks and guidance.

Run by highly experienced media professionals, africaonair is developing to become a leading resource and centre of expertise on media in Africa. We constantly source, research, produce and curate knowledge on African media trends, practitioners and landscape. We are have a well resourced training and production facility conveniently located in a quiet media hub of Nairobi. We are developing a rich pan-African resource centre that will have detailed and regularly updated information on media in Africa - ranging from education and training, to content and contacts as well as programming.

As a media content provider, we are focused on producing quality programmes and material for broadcast and publication. We specialise in stories and content on development issues that affect people’s lives in Africa. We are currently working on a multimedia reality show featuring an investigative journalism competition for Kenyan universities. The competition will take place in October and will involve student teams from 14 universities. Other planned productions include a series of short documentaries people, places and plans powering Africa to greater development. Watch this space!
